Returns & Refunds

The short version

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return, for any reason. The item must be in resalable condition with its packaging.

How to start a return

Email earko.business@hotmail.com with your order number and the reason. We reply within 1–2 business days with a return address and instructions. Do not send anything back before you hear from us — returns sent to the wrong address cannot be processed.

Who pays return shipping

• Faulty, damaged or wrong item: we pay. You will not be out of pocket.
• Changed your mind: you pay the return shipping.

Refunds

Once the return arrives and is checked, we refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it. We refund the price you paid. Original shipping is refunded only when the return is our fault.

EU right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may cancel your order within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason, in addition to the 30-day window above. Email us and we will confirm the process.

Hygiene and open-ear products

These are open-ear clips and are not inserted into the ear canal. We accept returns on opened items provided they are clean and complete. Items returned visibly used or damaged may be refused or partially refunded.

Faulty items

If the product fails within 12 months through no fault of your own, contact us with a photo or a short video of the problem. We will replace it or refund you. This is in addition to any rights you have under the law of your country, which we do not limit. Consumers in the EU and France keep their statutory legal guarantee of conformity.

What is not covered

• Damage from water exposure. These carry no IP rating and are not waterproof — we state this on the product page.
• Physical damage from being dropped, crushed or sat on.
• Normal battery ageing after extended use.

Order cancellation

If your order has not been dispatched yet, email us and we will cancel and refund in full. Once dispatched, use the return process above.
