Free shipping

Shipping is free on every order. The price you see on the product is the price you pay — no shipping charge is added at checkout, anywhere we ship.

Where orders ship from

EARKO products ship directly from our supplier's warehouse in Asia. They are not dispatched from within France or the United States. This is why delivery takes longer than a domestic parcel, and we would rather you know that before you buy than after.

Where we ship

We currently accept orders to France and the United States only. If your country is not offered at checkout, we cannot ship to you yet.

How long it takes

There are two stages, and the total is what matters to you:

• Processing: 1–3 business days for around 90% of orders.
• Transit: 5–11 days for around 61% of orders.

In practice, most orders arrive within 6–14 days of you placing them. A minority take longer — roughly four in ten parcels fall outside the 5–11 day transit window, and customs processing, carrier backlogs and peak seasons all add time. We publish the real figures rather than a flattering estimate, because a missed promise costs you a wait and costs us your trust.

If you need something guaranteed for a specific date, this is not the right product to order.

Tracking

You receive a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched. Tracking can take 3–5 days to show its first scan — a quiet tracking number in the first few days is normal and does not mean anything is wrong.

Customs, duties and import taxes

Your order may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by your own country. These are set by your government, are not included in the price you paid us, and are your responsibility. We cannot predict or refund them.

Wrong or incomplete address

Please check your address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong or undeliverable, we will reship it once you cover the reshipping cost, or refund the item minus our shipping cost.

Lost or delayed orders

If your order has not arrived 30 days after dispatch, email earko.business@hotmail.com and we will trace it, replace it or refund you.
