Who you are buying from
This store is operated by EARKO, 16 rue Pasteur, 41200 Romorantin-Lanthenay, France. "We" and "us" mean EARKO. Placing an order means you accept these terms.
Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation, not when you pay. If we cannot fulfil an order we will cancel it and refund you in full.
Pricing and shipping
Prices are shown in the currency of your region and include standard shipping — no shipping charge is added at checkout. Express delivery in France is an optional paid upgrade. See our Shipping Policy. Prices do not include import duties, which are charged by your own country where applicable.
If a price is listed incorrectly through an obvious error, we may cancel the order and refund you rather than honour the mistake. We will tell you before doing so.
The product
We describe the product as accurately as we can, including what it does not do. Specifically: it carries no IP water-resistance rating, it does not have active noise cancelling, and being an open-ear design it leaks some sound at high volume. Battery, range and weight figures are the manufacturer's specifications, not our measurements.

Reviews
Any customer reviews shown on this store come from verified orders we shipped. We do not import reviews from marketplaces or other sellers, and we do not delete a review for being critical.
Our liability
We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. We are not liable for business losses. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law — including your statutory consumer rights, which these terms do not affect.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of France. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings there.
